"As the Walls Close In" by THE SILCENCE INDUSTRY is the first in a series of digital 7-inch releases
The Silence Industry was founded in early 2007 and consists primarily of Graham Jackson, and others who wish to work with him on music at a given time. Since then, the project has released around a dozen EPs and albums in a raw Do-It-Yourself style, never compromising in the name of convention.
"As the Walls Close In" is the first in a series of digital 7-inch releases featuring new music from The Silence Industry. The title track is a bass guitar driven ode to the angst of our times and builds on the prog/noise/goth rock of The Silence Industry.
The digital download on Bandcamp includes two exclusive B-sides: a dark ambient noise jam and a low-fidelity piano version of a fan favorite from The Silence Industry's back catalogue. Each digital 7-inch release comes with custom cover artwork and a printable lyric booklet.
"As the Walls Close In" is available now on Bandcamp and will be released on all streaming services on December 22nd.
